Our Health and Safety policy defines our approach to the management of Health and Safety within the business.
The safety of employees, sub-contractors and visitors is our number one priority. We are proud of the significant improvements achieved, which are a direct result of our commitment to the ongoing education of employees in safety operations and procedures. Swiftform® ensure that our management of Health and Safety extends beyond physical health, and we incorporate aspects of mental health within our thinking.
Swiftform® champion an internal workplace safety initiative – ‘Targeting Zero Accidents’. This is aimed at all employees, contractors and visitors; ensuring they are aware of the risk controls in place for the work activities, and that we are all responsible in contributing to a safe work environment.
Our Health and Safety Management System has been developed in line with international standards, and the system is audited to ensure compliance.
