Tools – The only tools required are; Knife for cutting plastic, bolt croppers for cutting 5mm bar, knips for tying wire.

Accessories – Grade plate spacers 12 per M2 for sides or plastic line spacers at every 200 mm depth for sides and tying wire.

Joining – Laps are generally 100-200mm, at each joint it is advised that spacers are used over the joint, the joint can also be further secured using tying wire.

Corners – Corners can be supplied however it is very easy to create a corner by bending the 5mm bar and plastic by hand, (creating a corner from L section the 3mm bar on the toe needs to be cut where the corner is to be created)

Pile caps – All pile caps, bases and pads are specifically designed to suit. All supplied with drawings to suit appropriate kit of parts.

U Section – No blinding is required when using U section, it’s easy to cut around protruding piles using just a knife and knips.

L section – A toe generally 50mm is put on the bottom of the section. The toe can be put facing out to help secure when backfilling, or facing in if putting into a dug out trench.

Estimating – Swiftform® staff can produce a full take off of requirements, including the design of the pile caps. Take offs generally allow 10% extra for laps and corners and beams going in to pile caps, quantities are rounded up the nearest 2.4 metre panel. We can also estimate the quantity of accessories required.
